We have everything you need for your stay. Many shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet with a small park in front, and beside a Family Mart.

Amazing location.
Location to sights is great.
It is a really easy 10min walk down to t all the restaurants and bars around it. It is also close to Golden Gai (6min walk) where all the bars are and in the other direction there are restaurants and even a Don Quixote store. Next door to a 24 hour Family Mart (ATM, luggage delivery, food), and a Tully’s coffee (and a McDonald’s for early birds). Perfect location, 1 min walk to Oedo line Higashi Shinjuku, 15 min walk to JR Shinjuku, can easily get to anywhere by train or bus.
02 Feature
The self check in is fast and easy. 24hour.
No keys needed so no keys to lose, all done with pin codes. Even though it was minimal contact with the staff, but very easy to reach and helpful when you need them.
03 Feature
Apartment hotel. The room has everything you need.
It’s an apartment style hotel. We provide all you need to clean up as and when required. The laundry facilities, washing and drying in the room, save you a small fortune in hotel laundry bills or time going to a coin laundry. It has everything you need to cook. All panels had instructions in English and there are labels on everything.
