ABOUT ROOMS
This is a hotel with a style that makes you feel like you are living in an apartment. We don’t have room cleaning service. Please clean the room by yourself. A vacuum cleaner & cleaning tools are all in the room. You can throw away garbage anytime.
We have washer every room. The washing machine does not have a drying function. You can dry laundry in the bath room. Bath room has dry mode. Please hang at bathroom on dry mode Free detergent is in the room for laundry.(powder）
All rooms has a balcony!
There is no room cleaning service. We do not provide new towels every day. Please use the free washing machine and bathroom dryer. If you stay more than 7 days, we will clean once.
All rooms have a private toilet and bathroom.
There is an elevavator in the building.
Standard Room：Max 4 adults. Deluxe Room：Max 5 adults. Please adhere to the legal limit.
Sorry. You can only extend your stay until 12:00.
1 hour extension will be ¥2000.
If you need to check out at 12:00, please let me know.

We’re sorry but there is no front desk. But we can help to reserve restaurants by message.
We’re sorry but we do not have a service to send luggages(TA-Q-BIN). But there is the service next building “Family Mart”. You can send your luggage there. Please ask directly at Family mart.
Bus is the most recommended. Get off at the ” Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal “. Walk 15〜20mins to our hotel. 5 minutes by taxi. About ¥1000. We recommend you will take a taxi.

We’re sorry the before guests will stay until 11AM. You can put your luggage in the room after 11:30am. If you want to put your luggage before 11:30, , the space under the stairs on the 1st floor is useful.

■Suica card JR Shinjuku station You can buy it at any JR station. Both are readily available at the airport, so if you’re stopping by the airport, check there.
